Amy Spradlin:

Amy2088-200.jpgAmy has been interested in spirituality her whole life. She feels strongly connected to Native American spiritual practices, although through her travels she appreciates Eastern philosophies as well.

"For me, I have found that each sprititual path has wisdom to offer, and I choose to meld the sacred components that personally resonate together to create a spirituality that is unique to me."

Amy became involved with co-infounding Seeds of Intentions after watching the movie What the Bleep Do We Know? and reading the book The True Power of Water by Masaru Emoto and Noriko Hosoyamada. Through the descriptions of the power and energy of words on water crystals, Amy was inspired to share the wisdom of these findings in the form of this company and its offerings.

Renee Brest:

REnee2071-200.jpgRenee has always had a desire to be a part of something greater for the betterment of the world. Her career as a para-medical esthetician has taught her a lot about compassion and sensitivity to other people's needs, not only esthetically but personally. Renee felt there was a "bigger" picture out there as far as making a positive impact on and in the world.

With her own intuition guiding her, she approached her good friends Amy and Liz (the other two co-founders of Seeds of Intentions) about becoming involved in this venture knowing it felt SO right. She knew her participation would also be not only fun, but a huge learning experience for her. The idea of promoting awareness and consciousness in turn leads one to living life to its fullest potential with unlimited possibilities.

Liz Gracia:

In 2003, I experienced what I could only refer to back then as a quantum spiritual awakening. The experience was so magnificent, it was my sincerest desire to share the experience of the presence of Divinity and the higher states of awareness with others.

This process was not always magnificent, but immensely trying as well. The trying aspect of this is what has lead me to all the perfect sign posts along the way and the perfect information and guidance. It has assisted me in assimilating and coming into an understanding of the nature of our spiritual ascension on a collective as well as individual basis. 

Perspectives and levels of allowance change significantly in profound and joyous ways as you move into the experience of the higher vibrations of awareness, perception, and life.

I am "inspired" to help others in limitless ways. I with two friends have created this website and a sisterhood of blogs dedicated to our awakening planet and those that feel an inner calling to shed outdated ways of thinking, acting and being.

I am exceptionally inspired to share, with all those who are drawn to  our sisterhood of websites, the wisdom and understanding garnered from this evolutionary process.

Liz has been inspired by the teachings found in the Conversations with God series of books by Neale Donald Walsch, the teachings of Dr. David R. Hawkins in his book Power vs. Force and the teachings of Abraham, in the Law of Attraction books by Esther and Jerry Hicks, all of which can be found and are highly recommended throughout this website.
