Let's Talk Turkey!

This month of November brings forth an awareness of appreciation and thanks for the gifts in our lives. Native American Indians view the turkey as a symbol of abundance and fertility. This noble creature. (like the peacock), struts and fans his glorious plumage for all to see! An expression of strength and pride we all should acknowledge within ourselves. The noble turkey also gives the ultimate sacrifice... the giving of self. In this time of reflection we all need to be mindful of what we give to others and what we receive in turn for these gestures. Give unto others as you would have given to yourself. Let us not forget all the blessings bestowed upon us each and every day!!
