Retail Returns and Exchanges

Our retail returns policy is for individual online customers only. It does not apply to our wholesale customers.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: everything we sell is fully guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of your purchase for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund of your purchase price. We will also refund you shipping if the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item)

Returns: If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you do not have a return form please send your return along with your full name, billing address, telephone number and brief explanation of your return.

If you request a refund, the credit will be issued to the original form of payment. If no proof of purchase is provided, you will be issued an in house credit that can be used at a later date. If you request an exchange, we will waive the shipping on your new merchandise.

NOTE: please allow up to 15 business days from the day you ship your return for a return or exchange to be processed. For your protection, we recommend that you insure return packages.

Shipping

1. Shipping is based on a combination of weight and destination.
2. Orders will be processed and generally shipped in 1-2 business days, via ground delivery, pending stock availability. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday generally go out on the following Monday.
3. Orders will generally arrive within 3-9 business days, based on ship address location.
4. Any change requests after your order has been submitted cannot be guaranteed.
5. Orders with a shipping address containing a PO Box will be shipped via Postal Service

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For shipments out of the USA or Canada please contact us and we'll get a quote for shipping to your international destination.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
