At Seeds of Intentions, we've been inspired by many books which we recommend here on this website. Our primary inspirations have come from the following:

the findings of Dr. Masaru Emoto in his books The Hidden Messages in Water, "The book that started it all! Water can absorb feelings and emotions and be transformed by thoughts.",

the research findings in the book Power vs. Force by Dr. David R. Hawkins, MD., Ph.D. and the development of the now well known Map of Consciousness, and

the "Law of Attraction" Teachings of Abraham offered in all of our books and CD's by Jerry and Esther Hicks

All of these findings and teachings in essence are conveying the same message. You are The Creator of Your Own Life. That which you focus on tends to manifest whether the predominance of what you focus on is negative or positive.

When you come to the Knowing or the Understanding of how you get what you get in your life, you can then deliberately decide to create that which you want in your life.



Our intentions in this section of our website are to inform you as to where the "vibration" of TRUE POWER resides. We use the power of words as an example. Our focus here is specifically on the vibration (we will also refer to it as consciousness) of some of the most powerful vibrations andor words and/or ways of being available to all of humanity.

They are well known as:

Love,
Gratitude & Appreciation,
Joy,
Unconditional Love and
Peace

All of these expressions, or words are Real States of Being when experienced at their pure and true vibration. They are not merely thoughts, words, or mentations. They are actual experiences that are available to all of mankind as one tunes into that level of being. The power of these words or ways of being is significant, especially when you focus upon them and their stream of energy.

For many they will come as fleeting Moments of Grace. For others they are ongoing states of magnificence. I, the writer, can attest to this subjective state of experience as I have been Graced with many long lasting experiences of these states of being. It is magnificence beyond belief, and in the words of Dr. David Hawkins, author of many of the books offered on our website, these experiences are "ineffable".

We'd first like to introduce you to Dr. David R. Hawkins Map of Consciousness as first introduced in his now famous book Power Vs. Force. The Map of Consciousness is a scale of 1-1000 where anything, anyone, any idea that is, or has ever been, can be calibrated as to its level of truth or "consciousness".

The scale of this map is not arithmetic, but logarithmic, so a calibration of 300 on the Map of Consciousness is not only two times that of a calibration of 150 on the Map, but 10 to the 300th POWER! A calibration of 500 is 10 to the 500th POWER! HOLY MOLY! The difference in power as you ascend up the Map of Consciousness is ASTRONOMICAL in nature!

At Seeds of Intentions, our intent is to focus solely on things that are of high consciousness and power and truth. In other words, those things, people and ideas that calibrate at 200 or above on the Map of Consciousness. This is the level at which true power and positive life affirming "vibrations" or energy begin.

For relative reference and points of interest:

600 on The Map of Consciousness is the entryway into enlightenment.

1000 is the level at which life's avatars (those who comprehend advanced states of enlightenment) like Jesus and The Buddha reside. 1000 is the highest level one can be and still remain in the body. When someone at this level of consciousness resides on the planet, she/he has the power to offset the negativity of the entire planet!

Only 4/10th's of 1 percent of the world's population calibrates at 500 or above. Someone calibrating at this level has the ability to offset the negativity of 750,000 people calibrating below the level of life affirming power of 200.

One individual calibrating at 300 offsets the negativity of 90,000 people below the level of 200.

50% of the United States calibrates at 200 or below. 78% of the world's population calibrates at 200 or below.

There are now over 22 people residing on the planet today that calibrate at 600 or above. HOLY MOLY! This is significant if you consider the fact that there was a period of time, now termed The Dark Ages when noone on the planet calibrated above the level of 600 for Hundreds of Years! There is SERIOUS change going on now and we all are a part of it!

Following we will focus on the significance of introducing the energies of powerful states of being into everything that you do, think, say and expose your awareness to. Do not judge your ability to incorporate this practice in your daily life at any particular rate. Whatever works for you is PERFECT!

One of the most powerful truths that is suggested throughout all highly conscious spiritual teachings is that EVERYTHING IN LIFE IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT AT ALL TIMES!!! There is no exception! So, when this starts to sink in, you will become the Master Allower of all that is, including allowing yourself to be exactly who you are at any given moment! Life can thenl be experienced with ease, Grace, and in a state of knowingness and peace.

This state is attainable to all who truly care to be "That Which They Really ARE". If that is not you, that is perfect, as you have come to be here to show contrast to others in myriad and infinite ways. There is no judgment, just appreciation in the realm of the eternal.

We will now focus on our selected Power Words-Power Vibrations-Power Energies...whatever you'd like to call them so that it makes sense to you.

Our intentions are to simply introduce you to the significance of these states and energy fields so that you can come to an awareness in your daily life as to where true power resides. And when we use the word "power", we are referring to the power to manifest anything in your life and have power over your own experience of life. It is NOT power over another or control over another. This is what would be referred to as force which does not have a positive life affirming vibration.

You can introduce the energy of LOVE into your life every day by connecting to your heart and focusing on the energy of love. Here's some examples of how to do this and where love may reside easily for you:

When you get up in the morning you can tune into the love that one would feel when preparing a boxed lunch for your child or making fresh coffee for a spouse or loved one,

or consider appreciating a co-worker at work by simply recognizing something you truly appreciate about them and letting them know,

or looking into the eyes of a child or animal if that is easily resonant for you and appreciate their innate beauty and essence

Gratitude and appreciation calibrate in the same energy field as Love at about 500+. when you live in a place or are visiting a place that inspires you with its beauty

when you have a job that you love, surrounded by a team of people that are in harmony with you and your intentions at work and you can't believe someone would pay you to have FUN!

when something seemingly shows up in your life "coincidentally" to give you a message, encouragement, or a good laugh and in these moments you pause to recognize how incredible life can really be when it starts talking to you in so many fun ways.

Unconditional Love and Joy calibrates at 540 on the Map of Consciousness. It is an extremely powerful vibration and place to BE. Experiencing true joy at this level for me, this writer, was "ineffable". It feels like connecting to Divinity. It is a state you want to share with the world it is so magnificent! The energy at this level is transformative and life changing. You too are welcome to allow this state of Being into your life!

You can introduce the energy of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE AND JOY into your life every day by connecting to your heart and focusing on the energy of unconditional love and joy. Here's some examples of how to do this and where unconditional love and joy may reside easily for you:

in truly connecting to your heart, quietly observe your children and feel the appreciation you have for them and all that they are to you and what they show you everyday

cherish all living things! be kind, loving, and compassionate without exception!

remember some cherished and blessed moments in your life and "tune in" to that frequency again

Peace calibrates at 600 on the Map of Consciousness. It is the entryway unto Enlightenment. It is a rare human being that realizes this state of awareness or above. An individual "vibrating" at this level of awareness has the Power to offset the negativity of 10 million people below the life affirming consciousness level of 200.

It is an extremely powerful vibration and place to BE. The energy at this level is transformative and life changing.

You can introduce the energy of PEACE into your life every day by connecting to your heart and focusing on the energy of Peace. Here's some examples of how to do this and where peace may reside easily for you:

Peace is easily found in nature by simply appreciating nature itself, be it in a sunrise or sunset, a magnificent body of water, or field of flowers. Immerse yourself in the appreciation of such beauty and peace easily follows.

Peace can easily be found in observing a sleeping child or pet. Take the time to enjoy the beauty of this and appreciate its beauty. It fills my heart with joy and love every time I take the time to do this.

These are simply examples of where love, joy, peace and gratitude easily resides for many. You know where it resides easily for you. Take that feeling and apply it to something new in your life, and start at a place that is relatively easy and new to do. I don't necessarily suggest making a leap into an area that would be hard for you to allow love, joy, peace and gratitude. That will come in time and with practice of allowing this energy into more aspects of your life.
